The FSB Team of experienced in-house craftsmen are complete builders —"we build on what we've built"— and are responsible for every phase of the construction process from foundation to finish. Our crew consistently produces solid foundation work, outstanding framing, beautiful open beam work, and exceptional finish carpentry. With the combined experience and abilities of the FSB crew, along with Lance and myself on the job working and involved in every step of the construction process, our clients are guaranteed the highest quality build. I oversee each project from beginning to end, providing the client with peace of mind, and eliminating the added expense of overlapping on-site supervisors and project managers. Two simple rules have guided the FSB approach to building: treat others as you would like to be treated and build as you were building for yourself.
Our Building Experience over the past 43 years consists of residential remodels and additions, period restorations, ground-up custom homes, as well as commercial tenant improvements, all in a variety of architectural styles from the modest to the ornate. The services we provide for all our projects both large and small include working attentively with owners, architects, and engineers, value-efficient design recommendations, as well as scheduling and cost management throughout construction to ensure projects are completed on time and budget.
